Born in the enchanting island of Bali, Indonesia, Fleur's journey is one of transformation, discipline, and bold creativity.


Fleur’s early life was shaped by athletic discipline — she was a high-level badminton player during her youth, representing with strength and tenacity. That same drive led her to pursue a different kind of service — to her adopted home country, France. In 2011, she enlisted in the French army, embarking on a journey of honor and resilience that lasted 11 years. Her time in the military — a profession that demands physical endurance, mental toughness, and uncompromising discipline — helped mold her character and prepared her for the equally demanding world of entrepreneurship.


In March 2022, after over a decade of service, Fleur made the courageous decision to transition into the world of fashion. While many may see this as a drastic shift, Fleur embraced it with the same determination she had shown in sports and military service. She founded her own children's clothing brand, naming it after her two beloved children, Cameron and Lewis, who today are 12 and 5 years old. The name is more than just a label — it’s a symbol of love, purpose, and maternal inspiration.



Now 35 years old, Fleur lives in Colombier-Saugnieu, a quiet town near Lyon, France, where she designs each piece herself. Her creative vision is rooted in elegance, simplicity, and the idea that children's clothing can be both fashionable and functional. Fleur’s military background has translated into her brand’s values — precision, excellence, and dedication.


Despite being a relatively new designer, Fleur has already captured international attention. She has presented her designs in Montreal and Vancouver, walked the runway at Paris Fashion Week in February 2024, and took part in the prestigious Reichart fashion show in Cannes during the Cannes Film Festival in May 2024. Her reach is growing fast — with her collection now stocked at Flying Solo in New York and talks of opening a flagship store soon.

Q: Can you tell us about the inspiration behind starting Cameron & Lewis, your own children's clothing brand?

The inspiration behind Cameron & Lewis came very naturally to me. The brand carries the names of my two sons, Cameron and Lewis—Cameron being the eldest and Lewis the youngest. Becoming a mother completely transformed the way I viewed clothing and style. I wanted to create something meaningful, something that connected not only to my passion for fashion but also to my children, who are the most important part of my life. Naming the brand after them made it deeply personal, almost like an extension of our family, and a way to celebrate their presence in everything I do.


Q: How has your lifelong passion for fashion influenced the design aesthetic of Cameron & Lewis?

Fashion has always been a part of me—it’s something I’ve loved since I was very young. I always imagined one day creating my own brand, but it was during my pregnancies that this dream really started to take shape. Being a mother gave me a new perspective on fashion, especially children’s clothing. I wanted designs that not only reflected my personal taste but also the needs of parents and children—simple, practical, and beautiful. My lifelong passion for fashion gave me the foundation, but becoming a mother gave me the purpose and direction to bring Cameron & Lewis to life.


Q: What motivated you to incorporate the crown symbol into your brand, representing your sons?

The crown was a very natural choice for the symbol of Cameron&Lewis. To me, it represents royalty, strength, and value—qualities I see in my children. My sons are my kings, and the crown is a way of honoring that. Beyond the personal meaning, the crown also adds a sense of prestige to the brand itself. It tells a story about children being precious, celebrated, and deserving of the very best, which is exactly the spirit I want Cameron & Lewis &Lewis to embody.


Q: Could you elaborate on the significance of the initials "C" and "L" for Cameron & Lewis?

The initials are very simple but also very symbolic—“C” for Cameron, my eldest son, and “L” for Lewis, my youngest. The brand is built around them, so using their initials makes the identity of Cameron & Lewis personal and authentic. For me, it’s more than just a brand name; it’s a family story stitched into every garment we create.


Q: You mentioned that your models reflect your family's style. How do you ensure that Cameron&Lewis designs embody simplicity, relaxation, and comfort?

We are a very simple, grounded family, and I wanted the clothing to reflect that lifestyle. My goal was to design garments that children can wear every day—pieces that are easy to put on, comfortable to move in, and practical for parents. Simplicity doesn’t mean boring; it means designs that are clean, timeless, and versatile. Relaxation and comfort come from the fabrics I choose, the way the cuts are made, and the details that make dressing children stress-free for parents. Cameron & Lewis is about making life easier without compromising on elegance.
