1. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing and using the Website and signing up as a designer/ model/ media/ buyer/ agency/ photographer/ videographer/ event production company, you are entering into a binding agreement with us. The terms and conditions of the agreement between you and us regarding our operation, and your use, of the Website, are set forth in these Terms of Service. These Terms of Use refer to the Thailand Fashion Week (TFW) web platform located at www.thailandfashionweek.org, any subdomains of www.thailandfashionweek.org, and any related microsites or websites operated by the Thailand Fashion Week. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you and you agree to be bound by any such changes in your subsequent use of the site. The agreement between you and TFW formed on the basis of these Terms of Use (the "Agreement") shall terminate immediately if you breach these Terms of Use. TFW reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. The termination of this Agreement or your right to use the site is without prejudice to any rights which the TFW may have against you in respect of such breach.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials available on the Site (the "Materials") - including text, video, data, clips, audio clips, designs, logos, illustrations and still images - are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property and proprietary rights and must not be used for any purpose other than educational, informational and non-commercial viewing purposes.
The Materials contained in the Site are either owned by Thailand Fashion Week or have been licensed by the partners or sponsors of the TFW for inclusion within the Site. TFW would like to hear from any intellectual property rights owners who are not properly identified on the Site so that we may make the necessary corrections and display the appropriate notices.
Thailand Fashion Week is owned by Kings Federation International (KFI) Group (www.kingsfederationinternational.com) and the use of any content including text, video, data, clips, audio clips, designs, logos, illustrations and still images need approval from KFI Group or Fashion Week Alliance (FWA) or Thailand Fashion Week.
3. DISCLAIMER
This Site contains material which may be unsuitable for people under the age of 18. TFW bears no responsibility for people under the age of 18 viewings unsuitable material on this Site.
This Site may contain material which some people may find offensive. TFW would like to stress that it has no intention of causing any offence and suggests that people who find material contained on the Site offensive should either not view the material in question or should not visit the site. TFW bears no responsibility for any offence that may be caused by people viewing the site.
TFW will modify and update the site from time to time with or without notice to you and without liability to you or any third party.
You understand and agree that TFW does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in or provided in connection with the site. TFW is not responsible for the results obtained from the use of such information from the site.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that TFW will not be liable to you/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to your use of the site.
As a convenience to users of the site, the Site includes links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control. TFW is not responsible for content on the Internet or World Wide Web pages outside the site.
4. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Tickets and Registration/Participation Fee are non-refundable in any condition.

Tickets/Registration/Participation Fee cannot be exchanged or resold. Resale of tickets/registration/participation fee will render them void. It can only be transferred to the next show.

Visitors will not be allowed admission without a valid ticket.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 12s are admitted free.

Please check your show tickets on purchases as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.

The organiser reserves the right, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to alter or vary the conduct or timing of all or part of Thailand Fashion Week without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

The organiser cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained by any exhibitor.

The Organiser cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.

The promotion of products or services not booked to exhibit at Thailand Fashion Week is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught handing out promotional leaflets on the premises or outside the premises before, during or after the show will be liable for a 5000 USD fine.

All Exhibitors or Designers are expected to keep their area clean and tidy at all times or will be subject to a 1000 USD fine.

There will be no refund for bookings by exhibitors or designers for catwalk shows
5. BOOKING OF SLOTS
To book a slot at Thailand Fashion Week, payment has to be made in full before the show. Once you confirm a slot, Thailand Fashion Week allow you 5-7 days time to clear the payment. Thailand Fashion Week accepts payments via PayPal globally and via Razorpay in India.
6. CANCELLATION OF SLOTS
If Thailand Fashion Week doesn't receive your payment confirmation on the 7th day, Thailand Fashion Week or The Organiser has the right to cancel the slot and make it available to other designers or clothing brands. If a designer, exhibitor or design house cancels a show with THAILAND FASHION WEEK, 30 days or less from the actual show date, a cancellation fee of 500 USD is due to cover the costs of our work done in preparation for your show. The balance of the booking amount will be transferred to the next show as all payments made at THAILAND FASHION WEEK are strictly non-refundable.
